Colors are bad in one program due to contrast out of adjustment.
Cause:
Contrast and brightness are out of adjustment.
Solution:
Adjust the contrast or brightness.
1) Open a word processor and open a text document (place some text on screen).
2) Locate the brightness and contrast controls on display unit. Try one of the following locations:
a) Just underneath the lower front edge of display.
b) Inside a control panel door to open.
c) Along the left or right side of display.
d) Somewhere on the rear panel of the display.
NOTE: For the exact location of the controls, consult the manual that came with the display unit.
3) Turn the contrast control back and forth until the letters on the screen appear sharp.
4) Turn the brightness control all the way up. Then turn it down until the light-colored glow around the screen borders merge into the background.
